Online Claims Reporting
Report an incident and make a claim. Please send the following information to us and we will verify your policy. Once verified we will send to your email the list of documents we need in order to start the claim process. Please take note that report validation is from Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Validation process can take 5 - 30 minutes depending on the availability of our staff during our office hours.
You can also report or make a claim by sending us an email directly or by calling to our hotline numbers. Our customer representative will be happy to assist you.
*Note* It is recommended to input the policy number as seen in the Policy document so our customer representative can verify your record much quicker.
